    Гендиректором РРПК назначена Ольга Наумова

    Виктор Литвиненко, который ранее занимал эту должность, продолжит работу в компании в качестве члена правления и  гендиректора дочерних обществ

    Ольга Наумова вступает в должность генерального директора ООО «Русская рыбопромышленная компания» (РРПК) с 18 января 2022 года, сообщила пресс-служба компании.

    Виктор Литвиненко, который ранее занимал эту должность, продолжит работу в компании в качестве члена правления и  генерального директора дочерних обществ, отвечая за операционную деятельность РРПК.

    С ноября 2019 года Ольга Наумова являлась членом Советов директоров РРПК и ООО «Русский краб» в качестве независимого директора, в последнем она сохранит свой пост и после нового назначения. «Амбиция РРПК - через 5 лет стать крупнейшей и самой эффективной в мире компанией, добывающей дикую белую рыбу. Основные задачи Ольги Наумовой на посту генерального директора РРПК отражают ключевые стратегические приоритеты компании: ввод в эксплуатацию новейшего рыбопромыслового флота, переход к производству продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью и развитие продаж, повышение эффективности основных функций и рост производительности труда, а также соответствие компании высочайшим мировым стандартам экологического, социального и корпоративного управления (ESG). Принимая данное решение, мы, в том числе, учитывали опыт Ольги Наумовой в ритейле. Уверен, под ее руководством РРПК сможет существенно расширить рынки сбыта продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью, производимой новым флотом», - комментирует Глеб Франк, председатель совета директоров РРПК.

    Ольга Наумова окончила МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова, с 2001 по 2013 гг. занимала руководящие должности в структурах групп «Северсталь» и НЛМК. С 2013 года в течение пяти лет возглавляла розничную сеть «Пятёрочка» (Х5 Retail Group), добившись значительных преобразований бизнеса и лидерства компании на рынке, затем руководила розничной сетью «Магнит». С октября 2019 года по апрель 2021 года – генеральный директор логистической компании Lorus, заместитель генерального директора ПАО «Соллерс». С мая 2021 года по январь 2022 года возглавляла «Восточный Союз» - объединение ведущих ритейлеров Дальнего Востока и Сибири.

    Русская Рыбопромышленная Компания - один из крупнейших российских производителей дикой белой рыбы, один из ведущих производителей продукции из минтая в России и в мире.

    РРПК обеспечивает всю производственную цепочку - от вылова рыбы до глубокой переработки рыбы в продукт с высокой добавленной стоимостью: филе, фарш и новый продукт - сурими. Начало производства сурими стало возможным благодаря строительству нового флота современных супертраулеров и вводу в строй первого такого судна - «Владимир Лиманов».

    Основные промысловые виды - минтай и тихоокеанская сельдь. Более 80% улова приходится на минтай.

    РРПК ведет промысел в Беринговом и Охотском морях, в одной из самых чистых акваторий земного шара. Эффективность и экологичность промысла подтверждены сертификатом MSC.

    Крупнотоннажный рыболовецкий флот компании способен выполнять работы во всех промысловых зонах и при любых климатических условиях. Траулеры-процессоры РРПК оснащены современным рыболовным и перерабатывающим оборудованием от ведущих международных поставщиков, что позволяет вести добычу и переработку в море различных видов водных биоресурсов. Стратегические цели компании связаны с увеличением выпуска продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью.

    РРПК строит новый флот из 11 супертраулеров – современных, технологически насыщенных рыбопромысловых судов. Каждый траулер рассчитан на ежегодный вылов и переработку на борту 60 тыс. тонн рыбы, что в 2,5 раза превышает производительность судов, составляющих сегодня основу рыбопромыслового флота на Дальнем Востоке РФ. Первый из супертраулеров, которые планируется построить для РРПК, передан компании в 2020 году.
