  Первый пакет поправок в Таможенный кодекс ЕАЭС подготовят в 2022 году

  Актуализированный перечень приоритетных вопросов, которые войдут в первый пакет поправок в Таможенный кодекс ЕАЭС, должен быть готов до 20 февраля текущего года. Как сообщает пресс-служба ЕЭК, такое решение принято 9 февраля в ходе на заседании рабочей группы по совершенствованию таможенного регулирования в Евразийском экономическом союзе (ЕАЭС).
  
  Системная работа по совершенствованию таможенного регулирования предусмотрена Стратегией-2025 и должна быть завершена к 2024 году.
  
  «До 20 февраля прошу уполномоченные органы сторон актуализировать перечень, чтобы на Межправсовете Комиссия доложила о согласованных подходах, сроках и этапах работы», - председатель Коллегии ЕЭК Михаил Мясникович.
  
  В целом сторонами предложено более 300 поправок. На сегодняшний день согласовано порядка 110 поправок, еще около 60 находятся в высокой степени готовности.
  
  Кроме того, рабочая группа рассмотрела итоги внутригосударственного согласования изменений в Таможенный кодекс ЕАЭС в части регулирования внешней электронной торговли.
  
  Евразийский экономический союз - международное интеграционное экономическое объединение, работающее с 1 января 2015 года. Участники союза - Россия, Армения, Белоруссия, Казахстан и Киргизия. Молдавия с мая 2018 года является наблюдателем при ЕАЭС. В 2020 году было принято решение предоставить статус наблюдателя при интеграционном объединении Кубе.
