  Пять рыбных бирж будут созданы в России в 2008 году - глава Госкомрыболовства

  Пять рыбных бирж будут созданы в России в 2008 году. Об этом сегодня в Калининграде сообщил журналистам глава Государственного комитета РФ по рыболовству Андрей Крайний, передает ПРАЙМ-ТАСС. Здесь под его руководством проходит всероссийское совещание по вопросам комплексного обслуживания судов рыбопромыслового флота в морских портах страны. По данным Крайнего, "рыбные биржи будут созданы в Мурманске, Калининграде, Владивостоке, Южно-Сахалинске или Невельске и Петропавловске-Камчатском".

  "Мы полагаем, что при поставках морепродуктов на внутренний рынок рыбопромысловые компании могут сами выбрать - продавать товар через биржу либо напрямую покупателям. Это их право, и мы свою позицию не навязываем. Но международный опыт показывает, что 80% продукции продается вне биржи, остальные 20% - через биржу", - отметил глава Госкомрыболовства.

  "А когда речь идет о поставках на экспорт, то все 100% рыбопродукции должны реализовываться через биржу и больше никак", - подчеркнул Крайний.

  Положение о рыбных биржах должно быть разработано до 1 июня 2008 года. "И хотя в рамках реализации федерального закона от 8 ноября 2007 года "О морских портах Российской Федерации" предстоит выпустить 24 постановления правительства, уверен, мы с этими сроками справимся", - констатировал руководитель Госкомитета по рыболовству.
