    «ЗиО-Подольск» отгрузил оборудование для АЭС «Аккую»

    Из порта Санкт-Петербург барботер массой 15 тонн будет доставлен водным путем до Турецкой Республики

    АО «ЗиО-Подольск» (входит в машиностроительный дивизион Госкорпорации «Росатом» – АО «Атомэнергомаш») изготовил и отгрузил первый аппарат (барботер) для энергоблока № 3 АЭС «Аккую» – первой атомной станции в Турции, сообщила пресс-служба АО «Атомэнергомаш».

    Технический проект оборудования разработан специалистами АО ОКБ «Гидропресс». Рабочая конструкторская документация – сотрудниками департамента оборудования атомного машиностроения АО «ЗиО-Подольск». Они же осуществляют сопровождение изготовления изделия.

    Барботер, входящий в систему компенсации давления реакторной установки, является одним из важных элементов оборудования реакторного острова АЭС. Аппарат изготавливается из аустенитной хромоникелевой стали и предназначен для конденсации пара, поступающего из первого контура реакторного отделения. Масса изделия 15 тонн, длина порядка 8 м, диаметр – 2,5 м, высота – 4 м.

    Оборудование доставляется на АЭС комбинированным способом: автомобильным и водным транспортом. На автоприцепе барботер с закладными деталями отгружается от завода производителя до порта в Санкт-Петербурге. Там оборудование перегружается на судно и следует водным путем до Турецкой Республики.

    «ЗиО-Подольск» располагает большим опытом изготовления барботеров реакторных отделений АЭС с ВВЭР для отечественных и зарубежных атомных электростанций. Например, оборудование завода успешно эксплуатируется на АЭС «Тяньвань» в Китае, АЭС «Куданкулам» в Индии, на блоках второй очереди Ростовской и Ленинградской атомных станций.

    Проект АЭС «Аккую» предусматривает сооружение четырех энергоблоков с реакторами российского дизайна поколения 3+ типа ВВЭР мощностью 1200 МВт каждый (на базе проекта «АЭС-2006»). Строительство первой АЭС в Турции реализуется по модели ВОО (Build – Own – Operate или «строй – владей – эксплуатируй»).
