  Из RTS Board с 18 декабря исключаются обыкновенные акции ОАО "Беломорско-Онежское пароходство"

  Из Списка инструментов RTS Board с 18 декабря 2007 года исключаются обыкновенные акции ОАО “Беломорско-Онежское пароходство” в связи с регистрацией отчета об итогах дополнительного выпуска обыкновенных акций ЗАО “Невская судоходная компания” (государственный регистрационный номер: 1-01-18943-J-002D от 18 октября 2007 года) размещенных путем конвертации в них обыкновенных акций ОАО “Беломорско-Онежское пароходство”. Об этом сообщается в пресс-релизе РТС.

  RTS Board - информационная система, предназначенная для индикативного котирования ценных бумаг (акций, облигаций, инвестиционных паев), не допущенных к торгам на фондовой бирже "Российская Торговая Система".

  В настоящее время в Список инструментов RTS Board включено 1591 ценная бумага 1202 эмитентов.

  ОАО “Беломорско-Онежское пароходство” основано в июне 1940 года и в настоящее время является одной из ведущих компаний России в области судоходства. В состав флота Беломорско-Онежского пароходства входят 100 судов класса “река-море”, соответствующие требованиям международных конвенций. Основным направлением деятельности ОАО “Беломорско-Онежское пароходство” являются перевозки экспортно-импортных грузов в страны Европы, Северной Африки и Ближнего Востока. На экспорт перевозят практически все виды грузов - генеральные (в контейнерах, на поддонах, в пакетах), навалочные, лесные и минерально-строительные, которые следуют из портов Белого моря, Онежского и Ладожского озер, а также из внутренних речных портов России. В 2002 году на базе ранее действующих подразделений ОАО “БОП” созданы два предприятия: ООО "Онежская стивидорная компания" и ООО "Онежский судостроительный завод".
