  Министры транспорта Казахстана и РФ обсудили вопросы двустороннего сотрудничества в области развития коридора Петербург-Хоргос

  Министр транспорта и коммуникаций Казахстана Серик Ахметов и глава Минтранса РФ Федерации Игорь Левитин во время рабочей встречи в пятницу в Оренбурге обсудили вопросы двустороннего сотрудничества в области развития транспортного комплекса, передает Гудок.RU со ссылкой на Интерфакс.

  В частности, стороны рассмотрели вопросы развития автодорог, входящих в систему маршрутов между Западной Европой и Западным Китаем, сообщила пресс-служба казахстанского министерства транспорта и коммуникаций. Министры "договорились предложить заинтересованным субъектам двух стран участвовать в развитии маршрута "Петербург-Казань-Оренбург-Актюбинск-Алма-Ата-Хоргос", говорится в пресс-релизе пресс-службы.

  Кроме того главы транспортных ведомств приняли решение рассмотреть вопрос о включении этого маршрута в перечень азиатских автомобильных дорог в рамках ЭСКАТО ООН, а также продолжить совместную работу по развитию логистики и информационных технологий на транспорте.

  По данным пресс-службы, ориентировочная стоимость проекта "Западная Европа - Западный Китай" составляет 902,2 млрд тенге (120,66/$1). Реализация проекта сократит время пребывания в пути на 48 часов, благоприятно скажется на экономическом развитии регионов республики, отмечается в пресс-релизе. "Вдоль данного коридора проживает 4,6 млн человек - почти треть населения Казахстана. Международный коридор "Западная Европа - Западный Китай" обеспечит транспортную связь стран Центральной Азии с Европой, а также выход из Китая и стран Юго-Восточной Азии в Россию и далее в Европу. В ближайшее время планируется вынести вопрос создания коридора на обсуждение в рамках ШОС", - говорится в пресс-релизе.
