  "ЛУКОЙЛ" приобрел топливозаправочный комплекс в аэропорту Пулково

  НК "ЛУКОЙЛ" приобрела контрольный пакет акций ЗАО "СОВЭКС", владеющего топливозаправочным комплексом (ТЗК) в международном аэропорту Пулково (Санкт-Петербург). Как передает Нефть России со ссылкой на РБК, об этом сообщил в субботу на пресс-конференции президент ЛУКОЙЛа Вагит Алекперов. По его словам, впоследствии компания планирует эксплуатировать данный комплекс совместно с ОАО "Газпром нефть".

  Расширение авиатопливозаправочного бизнеса предусмотрено в программе стратегического развития ЛУКОЙЛа и предполагает увеличение рынка сбыта авиатоплива и создание сети собственных топливозаправочных комплексов в аэропортах России и за рубежом. Ранее сообщалось, что ООО "ЛУКОЙЛ-АЭРО" (100-процентная "дочка" ЛУКОЙЛа) и LUKOIL Aviation Bulgaria (100-процентная дочерняя компания ЛУКОЙЛ-АЭРО) завершили сделку по приобретению ТЗК в международном аэропорту Курумоч (Самара).

  Алекперов сегодня на пресс-конференции также указал, что ЛУКОЙЛ намерен большое внимание уделять сотрудничеству с ОАО "Газпром". В первую очередь, речь идет о совместном предприятии (СП) ЛУКОЙЛа и "Газпром нефти", которое было зарегистрировано в конце 2007 года. "Мы рассчитываем, что будем участвовать в конкурсах по приобретению новых участков", - сообщил он. На данном этапе, после подписания соглашения по СП, идет оформление документов и формирование операционного офиса предприятия.

  НК "ЛУКОЙЛ" и ОАО "Газпром нефть" 28 декабря 2007 года создали совместное предприятие (СП) для реализации нефтегазовых проектов - ООО "Нефтегазовая компания "Развитие регионов". Доля "Газпром нефти" в СП составляет 51%, доля ЛУКОЙЛа - 49%.
