  «Талаги» в качестве резидента АЗРФ построит порт с интеграцией в транспортный коридор Запад – Восток

  Внебюджетные инвестиции в проект составят около 25 млрд рублей

  ООО «Арктический портово-промышленный комплекс «Талаги» получило статус резидента Арктической зоны РФ (АЗРФ). Соглашение компании с Корпорацией развития Дальнего Востока и Арктики подписано 22 июля в Архангельске, сообщает в своем Telegram-канале губернатор Архангельской области Александр Цыбульский. Таким образом, количество архангельских резидентов АЗРФ достигло 136.

  Проект «Талаги» предусматривает строительство порта с поэтапным развитием и интеграцию его в транспортный коридор Запад – Восток. Инвестор планирует создать завод по производству железобетонных массивов гигантов для гидротехнических объектов в Арктике, судоремонтные мощности для обслуживания Арктического флота. На территории комплекса будет агропромышленное производство и промышленный парк Light industry для малого и среднего бизнеса. Частью проекта станет организация агропарка.

  Объем внебюджетных инвестиций в проект составит порядка 25 млрд рублей. К реализации финального этапа проекта будет создано 700 новых рабочих мест.

  До текущего соглашения в Архангельской области было зарегистрировано 135 резидентов АЗРФ, общий объем планируемых инвестиций составил 71,7 млрд рублей. В рамках проектов будет создано почти 5,5 тыс. новых рабочих мест. Частные инвесторы в статусе резидентов Арктический зоны РФ уже вложили в экономику региона более 7,3 млрд рублей, сообщается на сайте Минвостокразвития России.

  «Сейчас на новых предприятиях резидентов АЗРФ в Архангельской области создано более 1,1 тыс. рабочих мест с применением мер господдержки. Всего в реализацию проектов в Арктический зоне РФ бизнес проинвестировал 40 млрд рублей, создал более 3,5 тыс. новых рабочих мест. На Архангельскую область приходится около 30% созданных рабочих мест», - приводятся слова главы министерства Алексея Чекункова.
