    Насыпной участок в порту Усть-Луга переведен из водного фонда в категорию промышленных земель

    На территории построены два причала для перевалки каменного угля

    Участок водного фонда площадью 13,7 га в морском порту Усть-Луга, который был искусственно сформирован путем отсыпки намывным и привозным грунтом, переведен в категорию земель промышленности, энергетики, транспорта, земель для обеспечения космической деятельности, обороны, безопасности и иного социального назначения в связи с изменением береговой линии Балтийского моря. Решение принято в соответствии с распоряжением правительства РФ от 29.08.2022 №2465-р, сообщается на сайте Росморпорта.

    На насыпном участке построены два причала, №3 и №4, общей длиной 588,4 м, возведены производственные здания и сооружения, установлены портальные краны и иное погрузочно-разгрузочное оборудование. В настоящее время на причалах осуществляется перевалка каменного угля.

    Для обеспечения безопасности мореплавания судов, следующих на погрузку, на оконечности стыков причалов №3 и №4 Северо-Западным бассейновым филиалом ФГУП «Росморпорт» установлен навигационный портовый знак высотой 8 м.

    Морской порт Усть-Луга ‒ крупнейший универсальный порт на Балтике и второй по величине в России. Порт входит в пятерку крупнейших портов Европы. Терминалы и производственные комплексы в их составе переваливают и перерабатывают более 20 видов грузов. Пропускная способность грузовых терминалов составляет 120,88 млн тонн в год. Грузооборот порта Усть-Луга в 2021 году вырос на 7% к итоговому показателю 2020 года ‒ до 109,37 млн тонн.
