  Казахстан будет экспортировать через Россию столько нефти, сколько сможет "переварить" российская трубопроводная система. Как передает ПРАЙМ-ТАСС, об этом заявил в сегодняшнем интервью газете "Ведомости" премьер-министр Казахстана Карим Масимов.

  "Сколько сможет российская трубопроводная система "переварить", столько мы будем экспортировать через Россию. Все остальное мы будем экспортировать другими маршрутами: Баку - Тбилиси - Джейхан, в направлении Китая и т. д.", - пояснил он, отвечая на вопрос о том, насколько актуальны для самого Казахстана проекты экспорта нефти в обход России.

  Масимов высоко оценивает уровень нынешних отношений между Казахстаном и Россией. "Они настолько плотные и в политической, и в экономической, и в социально-культурной сфере, что возможности сотрудничества высоки", - подчеркнул премьер. "Казахстан по-прежнему заинтересован в привлечении российских инвесторов, в первую очередь крупных российских компаний, желающих стать стратегическими партнерами правительства Казахстана по дальнейшей диверсификации экономики", - резюмировал он. В этом контексте Масимов назвал самым удачным примером двустороннего сотрудничества в энергетической сфере "интересную" сделку между казахстанским госхолдингом "Самрук" и компанией UC RUSAL о создании совместного предприятия "по использованию одного из самых крупных угольных месторождений на территории Казахстана".

  Премьер-министр Казахстана считает, что все принципиальные вопросы по реализации подписанного в декабре российско-казахстанско-туркменского соглашения по Прикаспийскому газопроводу решены. "Поскольку в соглашении есть формула цены на газ, этот вопрос на ближайшую перспективу урегулирован. В будущем будет не столько стоять вопрос о цене на газ, сколько вопрос о наличии газовых ресурсов. Есть ли этот газ у Туркмении - я не могу ни подтвердить, ни отрицать этого", - констатировал Масимов.

  Он считает, что у России, Казахстана и Белоруссии "есть большие возможности, чтобы быстро и оперативно создать таможенный союз". "Достигнута принципиальная договоренность о таможенном союзе между тремя государствами, это - политическое решение. И главный вопрос, который будет обсуждаться на встрече глав правительств (ЕврАзЭС в Москве 25 января), - его реализация. Будут определены принципиальные подходы и сроки", - сказал Масимов.
