  «Терминал Забайкальск» мощностью 450 тыс. TEU будет построен к 2025 году

  Общий объем инвестиций в ТЛЦ «Терминал Забайкальск» составит около 4 млрд рублей

  Правительство РФ расширило границы территории опережающего развития (ТОР) «Забайкалье», включив в нее дополнительные земельные участки. Они необходимы как для запуска новых, так и для развития реализующихся инвестиционных проектов, в частности строительства транспортно-логистического центра. Соответствующее постановление подписал председатель правительства Михаил Мишустин, сообщается на сайте кабмина.

  В перечень объектов, включенных теперь в ТОР «Забайкалье», вошло возведение транспортно-логистического центра «Терминал Забайкальск». «Он будет готов в 2025 году. Новый терминал ежегодно сможет пропускать до 450 тыс. грузовых контейнеров международного образца», ‒ говорится в сообщении.

  Соглашение о сотрудничестве при создании транспортно-логистического центра «Терминал Забайкальск» в рамках Петербургского международного экономического форума-2022 подписали транспортная группа FESCO и правительство края. Проект включает в себя контейнерный терминал с пропускной способностью 450 тыс. TEU в год, склады временного хранения, подъездные железнодорожные пути и другую транспортную инфраструктуру. По информации FESCO, общий объем инвестиций в ТЛЦ «Терминал Забайкальск» составит около 4 млрд рублей.

  ТОР «Забайкалье» создана на территории 22 муниципальных районов и двух городских округов Забайкальского края. Расширение ТОР позволит привлечь более 4 млрд рублей инвестиций и создать 410 рабочих мест. Всего в Дальневосточном федеральном округе создано 22 территории опережающего развития. Количество резидентов – 592, объем инвестиций по соглашениям – более 4,5 трлн рублей. К текущему дню вложено свыше 1,88 трлн рублей частных инвестиций и создано более 55,9 тыс. рабочих мест.
