  Ростехнадзор подтвердил соответствие реконструированного Павловского шлюза на реке Уфа проектным требованиям

  Реконструкция велась в рамках федерального проекта «Внутренние водные пути»

  Западно-Уральское управление Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору (Ростехнадзор) 14 октября 2022 года на основании извещения застройщика об окончании строительства провело проверку объекта «Разработка и реализация комплексного проекта реконструкции гидротехнических сооружений Камского бассейна. II этап» (Республика Башкортостан). Установлено, что реконструкция шлюза Павловской ГЭС на реке Уфа завершена, нарушений обязательных требований нет, сообщает в четверг пресс-служба Ростехнадзора.

  В ходе реконструкции выполнены работы по строительству, в том числе технически сложные: реконструкция стен камеры шлюза с восстановлением несущих строительных конструкций; восстановление оголовка низового пирса судоходного шлюза; капитальный ремонт лицевой поверхности бетона стен камеры и галереи шлюза и другие.

  Управление выдало застройщику заключение о соответствии построенного (реконструируемого) объекта капитального строительства требованиям проектной документации. Реконструкция велась в рамках федерального проекта «Внутренние водные пути» с целью восстановления технического состояния и повышения уровня его безопасности.

  Напомним, реконструкция Павловского шлюза (Нуримановский район Республики Башкортостан, р. Уфа) велась с 2019 года. Генеральный подрядчик/проектировщик – АО «Акватик», цена контракта – около 1 млрд рублей. Сообщалось, что обновление шлюза позволит возобновить грузовые перевозки по реке Уфа.

  Павловский судоходный шлюз расположен на реке Уфе около поселка Павловка Гидротехническое сооружение (ГТС) является самым высоконапорным шлюзом в Европе, высота подъема на нем составляет 33,25 м. Павловский гидроузел строился в 1950-1959 годах и полностью был сдан в эксплуатацию в январе 1962 года. Однако при возведении шлюза были допущены нарушения технологии укладки бетона, что требовало постоянных ремонтов с первых лет эксплуатации. В 2020 году шлюз находился в предаварийном состоянии.
