  Совет директоров ЗАО "КТК-Р" и собрание акционеров АО "КТК-К" продолжили обсуждение вопросов, связанных с расширением в перспективе трубопроводной системы КТК

  Заседание совета директоров ЗАО "КТК-Р" и общее собрание акционеров АО "КТК-К" состоялись 5 и 6 февраля в Москве. Как сообщается в пресс-релизе КТК, принят ряд решений, необходимых для обеспечения безопасной эксплуатации трубопровода, рассмотрены различные аспекты текущей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Продолжено обсуждение вопросов, связанных с расширением в перспективе трубопроводной системы КТК. Как передает ПРАЙМ-ТАСС, общее собрание акционеров АО "КТК-К" избрало новый состав совета директоров. Годовые общие собрания акционеров обоих обществ планируется провести в мае 2008 года.

  Основным вопросом для акционеров КТК по-прежнему остается вопрос расширения мощности трубопровода до 67 млн т в год. В декабре 2007 года президент Казахстана Нурсултан Назарбаев сообщил, что принято принципиальное согласие по расширению нефтепровода КТК.

  "По расширению проекта КТК принципиальная договоренность достигнута, в том числе по участию Казахстана в проекте Бургас-Александруполис. Для того чтобы проект КТК стал успешным и рентабельным, нам надо быстрее довести (объем прокачки) до 67 млн тонн", - сказал Назарбаев по итогам переговоров с президентом РФ Владимиром Путиным. "При этом Казахстан гарантирует 17 млн, потребность в которых есть", - добавил Назарбаев.

  Каспийская трубопроводная система (КТК) прокачивает по магистральному трубопроводу длиной 1580 км нефть с территории Казахстана и России к черноморскому терминалу в Новороссийске с конца 2001 года. Сейчас через него прокачивается лишь 22-23 млн т, а проектная мощность составляет 67 млн т.

  Доли участия правительств-основателей КТК распределяются следующим образом: Россия – 24 %, Казахстан – 19 %, Султанат Оман – 7 %. Среди частных нефтяных компаний-участников консорциума —Chevron Caspian Pipeline Consortium Company – 15 %, LUKARCO B.V. -12,5 %, Rosneft-Shell Caspian Ventures Limited - 7,5 %, Mobil Caspian Pipeline Company - 7,5 %, Agip International /N.A./ N.V. – 2 %, BG Overseas Holding Limited – 2 %, Kazakstan Pipeline Ventures LLC - 1,75 % и Oryx Caspian Pipeline LLC - 1,75 %.
