  Морспасслужба завершила многодневную операцию по спасению аварийного теплохода на ВКМСК

  Проход судов по ВКСМК обеспечен и безопасен

  Экипаж морского водолазного судна «Стольный град Ярославль» и ПАСФ Каспийского филиала Морспасслужбы завершили многодневную аварийно-спасательную операцию теплохода «Порт Оля-4» в районе 170 км Волго-Каспийского морского судоходного канала (ВКМСК). В настоящее время угрозы жизни людей нет, электропитание на судне восстановлено в рабочее состояние. Проход судов по ВКСМК обеспечен и безопасен. Загрязнения окружающей среды нет, сообщает Морспасслужба.

  Поздним вечером 10 декабря на пост оперативного дежурного Морспасслужбы поступила информация, что судно «Порт Оля-4», принадлежащее астраханскому ООО «МГ-Флот», запросило проведение аварийно-спасательных работ. В русле ВКМСК порывом ветра сухогруз навалило на береговую отмель. Предпринятые попытки отхода от берега результатов не дали. В машинное отделение судна стала поступать забортная вода, был задействован аварийный дизель-генератор, но крен увеличивался.

  Судовладелец судна, груженного кукурузой и ячменем, по телефону обратился за помощью к спасателям Каспийского филиала Морспасслужбы, чтобы избежать критического развития ситуации в связи с поступлением в машинное отделение воды. Капитан судна сообщил о нарушении балластной системы, которое привело к крену теплохода. Потребовалось выполнение водолазных работ по обнаружению места поступления воды и по осушению судна. Пострадавших и разлива нефтепродуктов нет.

  С получением сигнала на помощь экипажу аварийного судна в район бедствия вышел экипаж морского водолазного судна «Стольный град Ярославль» с аварийной партией на борту и спасательным оборудованием. Для оказания помощи в место аварии направился ледокол «Капитан Чечкин». Для оказания помощи аварийному судну параллельно из порта Астрахань выдвинулись две спецмашины Морспасслужбы по направлению в порт Оля для доставки дополнительного оборудования и водолазной станции. Вскоре оборудование было перегружено на борт морского водолазного судна «Стольный град Ярославль», однако на переход к месту проведения аварийных работ существенно влияла ледовая обстановка в районе ВКМСК.

  По прибытии к месту аварии специалисты Морспасслужбы завели буксировочные тросы и приступили к обследованию аварийного судна. Начались водолазные работы, чтобы обнаружить пробоины. Специалисты провели водолазный осмотр подводной части судна, работы в машинном отделении с зачисткой аварийного выхода от нефтепродуктов для дальнейшей работы водолазов. Подводно-технические работы позволили водолазам обнаружить места поступления воды и установить заглушку. Спасатели провели промеры глубин для определения наиболее оптимальных вариантов снятия аварийного судна с мели. Впоследствии судно было поставлено на плав. От эвакуации членов экипажа с аварийного судна судовладелец отказался.

  Сейчас аварийное судно «Порт Оля-4» находится на плаву в районе 170 км ВКМСК. Судовладелец решает вопрос о буксировке к месту проведения ремонтных работ.
