  Введение ледовых ограничений в порту Высоцк (Ленобласть) перенесено на 1 марта

  Решение принято в связи с продолжающейся оттепелью и благоприятной ледовой обстановкой

  В акватории морского порта Высоцк (Ленинградская область) и на подходах к нему с 00:00 мск 1 марта 2023 года установлены (при достижении толщины сплошного ледяного покрова 10-15 см) ограничения по режиму ледового плавания. Соответствующее распоряжение подписал капитан порта Александр Суриков.

  Согласно распоряжению, буксирно-баржевые составы не допускаются к плаванию во льдах; суда без ледовых усилений (без ледового класса) допускаются к плаванию во льдах только под проводкой ледоколов; суда категории Ice 1 и выше допускаются к плаванию во льдах под проводкой ледоколов или самостоятельно.

  Ограничения по режиму ледового плавания были введены распоряжением капитана порта Высоцк с 25 января 2023 года, затем ледовые ограничения перенесены на 1 февраля, потом — на 8 февраля, на 15 февраля, на 22 февраля (распоряжения отменены).

  Решение принято в связи с продолжающейся оттепелью и благоприятной ледовой обстановкой.

  Период ледокольных проводок в порту Высоцк объявлен с 1 декабря.
