  РС реформирует организационную структуру главного управления под задачи рынка

  Новая структура начнет действовать 7 апреля 2023 года

  Российский морской регистр судоходства (РС, Регистр) реформирует организационную структуру главного управления (ГУР). Новая структура начнет действовать 7 апреля 2023 года. Она позволит усилить позиции РС за счет консолидации профильных знаний, современных методик и инструментов верификации, расширения спектра предоставляемых услуг, сообщает пресс-служба Регистра.

  По итогам работы в 2022 году в условиях ограничительных мер со стороны Европейского союза (включая пакет прямых санкций ЕС в отношении Регистра), а также на основании предметного анализа текущей ситуации и прогнозируемых последствий РС сформулировал концептуальный план мероприятий для обеспечения устойчивого развития организации. Цель изменений — качественная трансформация Регистра в широкоформатный центр морских компетенций, с акцентом на актуальные потребности клиентов в части готовых решений и комплексных услуг «под ключ». Эффективное замещение иностранных компаний в сегменте сертификации и морского консалтинга — в числе приоритетов. В основе обновленной концепции развития РС лежит совершенствование типовых процессов классификации морских объектов и внедрение новых, востребованных направлений услуг.

  Как пояснил исполняющий обязанности генерального директора РС Сергей Куликов, Регистр обладает всем необходимым для развития: компетенциями, опытом классификации судов и морской техники, современным профильным программным обеспечением, высококвалифицированным персоналом. Рациональная комбинация существующих ресурсов РС, наряду с активным сотрудничеством с профильными структурами и ключевыми клиентами, позволит осуществить поэтапное и успешное выполнение поставленных амбициозных задач.

  Российский морской регистр судоходства (РС, Регистр) — международно признанное классификационное общество, основано в 1913 году. С классом РС сегодня эксплуатируется более 4000 единиц флота под флагом 40 государств общим дедвейтом 13,4 млн тонн. В стадии постройки на класс РС находятся 223 судна. Услуги клиентам оказывают 30 подразделений РС в России и за рубежом. Штат специалистов Регистра составляет 1100 человек, в том числе 700 инспекторов, которые осуществляют все виды освидетельствований на судах в эксплуатации, в постройке, а также на предприятиях-изготовителях материалов и оборудования морского назначения.
