  На стройплощадке БГУ ведется устройство лицевых стенок причально-подходных каналов

  Гидроузел начнет работать с начала навигационного периода 2025 года

  На строящемся Багаевском гидроузле (БГУ, Ростовская область) на сегодняшний день осуществляется устройство лицевой стенки причально-подходных каналов из шпунта Ларсена 5-УМ. По правой пале работы подошли к радиальной части погружения шпунта. Чтобы выровнять горизонтальную часть при повороте будет использована клиновая шпунтина, а для погружения самой радиальной части шпунта Ларсена строители с помощью геодезистов разработали двуярусный радиальный кондуктор, сообщает пресс-служба ГК «Стройтрансгаз».

  Такой же кондуктор был использован при погружении радиальной части по левой пале. Сейчас там начаты работы по устройству анкерных плит. Направляющий кондуктор доработали под наклонные сваи диаметром 720 мм и длиной 20 м. Погружение осуществляется под углом 18 градусов до проектной отметки минус 18,5 м.

  На объекте также осуществляется устройство анкерных плит. Анкерная стенка устраивается в два этапа. На первом этапе выполняется выборка грунта до отметки 0 по Балтийской системе высот, затем отсыпается постель из щебня и уплотняется, устанавливается опалубка и заливается подбетонка. Следующим этапом бетонируется вертикальная анкерная стенка, которая также будет залита специальным гидробетоном В25F150W6. Следующий этап — это монтаж анкерных тяг, они являются связующим элементом двух стенок направляющей палы.

  Возведение Багаевского гидроузла в створе Дона на 3089 км судового хода Единой глубоководной системы (ЕГС) началось в 2018 году. Цель — повышение транспортной доступности и улучшения условий работы водохозяйственного комплекса донского региона, а также обеспечение надежности и безопасности судоходства крупнотоннажного флота на Нижнем Дону. Планируемая дата окончания строительства — четвертый квартал 2024 года. Гидроузел начнет функционировать с начала навигационного периода 2025 года.

  В состав строящегося гидроузла входят: судоходный шлюз с центральным пунктом управления, верхним и нижним подходными каналами с причально-направляющими сооружениями, водосбросная и земляная плотины, рыбоходно-нерестовый канал меандрирующей формы и рыбопропускной шлюз, объекты производственного, служебно-технического и вспомогательного назначения, поселок для эксплуатирующего персонала. Для обеспечения безопасности судоходства устраиваются руслорегулирующие дамбы, для предотвращения развития эрозионных процессов (размыв и обрушение) берегов, от воздействия судовой волны и снижению негативного воздействия вод на население, проживающее в данных районах — дамбы берегоукрепления. В целях обеспечения гарантированных габаритов пути (глубина 4 м, ширина 80 м, радиус закругления 500 м) на участке от створа Кочетовского гидроузла на 3004,5 км судового хода ЕГС до створа Багаевского гидроузла на 3089 км предусмотрены дноуглубительные работы и спрямление русла реки.

  Заказчиком работ по строительству второго (основного) этапа Багаевского гидроузла выступает ФКУ «Ространсмодернизация».
