  Объявлена начальная эксплуатационная готовность среднеорбитальной спутниковой системы поиска и спасания MEOSAR

  Россия проинформировала о планах развития своих сегментов КОСПАС-САРСАТ

  Закрытое заседание 68-й сессии Совета Международной программы КОСПАС-САРСАТ (CSC-68/CLD) состоялось с 19 по 25 апреля 2023 года в режиме видеоконференции. Основным вопросом повестки стало внедрение среднеорбитальной спутниковой системы поиска и спасания (СССПС, MEOSAR). Совет решил объявить начальную эксплуатационную готовность системы с 25 апреля 2023 года. Об этом сообщается в Telegram-канале Росморречфлота со ссылкой на ФГУП «Морсвязьспутник».

  Суть проекта СССПС в модернизации существующей международной системы КОСПАС-САРСАТ путем установки поисково-спасательных ретрансляторов на борту космических аппаратов глобальных навигационных спутниковых систем: ГНСС (российской ГЛОНАСС, американской GPS, европейской Galileo и китайской Beidou), вращающихся вокруг Земли на высоте от 19 тыс. до 23 тыс. км. В настоящее время эти новые космические элементы уже сформировали систему СССПС (MEOSAR) и прошли необходимые испытания.

  Предполагается, что с внедрением системы повысится оперативность, целостность и доступность данных для поисково-спасательных служб. На этапе IOC распределение и доведение аварийных данных СССПС КОСПАС-САРСАТ до поисково-спасательных служб будет осуществляться без ограничений.

  Совет также уделил внимание вопросам развития наземного и космического сегментов КОСПАС-САРСАТ, разработки аварийных радиобуев и радиомаяков КОСПАС-САРСАТ второго поколения, дополнительной аккредитации лабораторий КОСПАС-САРСАТ, разработки и внедрения сервиса обмена короткими сообщениями с поисково-спасательными службами, а также внедрения нового класса аварийных радиомаяков с функцией слежения АРМ(DT) второго поколения.

  Россия проинформировала Совет о планах развития отечественного наземного и космического сегментов КОСПАС-САРСАТ. Запуск низкоорбитального космического аппарата (КА) «Метеор-М» №2-3 назначен на 27 июня 2023 года. Это обеспечит полное восстановление вклада Российской Федерации в Международную программу КОСПАС-САРСАТ в части поддержания космического сегмента в составе двух КА на низкой полярной орбите. Запуск третьего КА «Метеор-М» №2-4 запланирован на конец текущего года.
