  Росатом и DP World создали совместное предприятие

  Летом 2021 года стороны договорились о сотрудничестве в развитии контейнерных перевозок по Севморпути

  Совместная компания ООО «Русатом Карго» (предприятие госкорпорации «Росатом») и DP World Russia FZE (ОАЭ) зарегистрирована в ЕГРЮЛ. Соответствующая запись в реестре датирована 20 октября 2023 года.

  Уставный капитал ООО «Международная контейнерная логистика» составляет 960 млн рублей. 51% доли принадлежат «Русатом Карго», 49% — «дочке» DP World. Генеральным директором назначен Алексей Левицкий, который также возглавляет ООО «Западный транспортно-логистический узел» (дочерняя компания «Русатом Карго»).

  Как передавал «ПортНьюс», летом 2019 года Российский фонд прямых инвестиций (РФПИ), Росатом, «Норникель» и DP World договорились о совместной реализации проекта по комплексному развитию Северного морского пути (СМП). В июле 2021 года Росатом и DP World подписали соглашения о сотрудничестве, которое предусматривает совместную проработку развития пилотных контейнерных перевозок по Севморпути с использованием опорной транспортной инфраструктуры в Арктике.

  DP World (Дубай, ОАЭ) является одним из лидирующих международных операторов морских терминалов и поставщик логистических и других услуг. Активы DP World включают более 150 действующих морских терминалов в более чем 45 портах на шести континентах, включая проекты по строительству терминалов в Индии, Африке и на Ближнем Востоке. Портовый оператор специализируется на перевалке контейнеров, этот бизнес дает более 50% доходов DP World. В компании работают более 46 тыс. человек в 120 странах мира.

  Северный морской путь — единая транспортная коммуникация России в Арктике. Он проходит вдоль северных берегов страны по морям Северного Ледовитого океана (Карское, Лаптевых, Восточно-Сибирское, Чукотское), соединяет порты европейской части России и устья судоходных сибирских рек с Дальним Востоком. В августе 2022 года правительство РФ утвердило план развития СМП до 2035 года, в который вошло более 150 мероприятий. Общий объем финансирования — около 1,8 трлн рублей.

  Согласно плану, годовой грузопоток по СМП должен составить в 2024 году 80 млн тонн, 2030 году — 150 млн тонн, 2035 году — 220 млн тонн.
