  Экомониторинг Севморпути может стать частью госсистемы мониторинга окружающей среды

  Минприроды изучит влияние арктического судоходства на морские экосистемы

  Минприроды России подготовило проект федерального закона, который вносит изменения в закон «Об охране окружающей среды». Документ предлагает сделать систему государственного экомониторинга акватории Северного морского пути (СМП) частью государственного мониторинга окружающей среды, сообщает пресс-служба министерства.

  Единая система государственного мониторинга окружающей среды создается для сохранения экологии. Сейчас она содержит 16 подсистем, которые охватывают все сферы окружающей среды: от водных объектов до состояния вечной мерзлоты. Мониторинг включает регулярные наблюдения за состоянием объектов, хранение, обработку, анализ и распространение полученной информации.

  По словам министра природных ресурсов и экологии Александра Козлова, главная цель мониторинговых исследований акватории Севморпути — это выявлять влияние арктического судоходства на морские экосистемы и своевременно реагировать на возникающие угрозы, минимизировать воздействие арктического судоходства на окружающую среду и биоразнообразие.

  Самостоятельная подсистема экологического мониторинга в акватории СМП даст полную и актуальную информацию об изменениях окружающей среды, а также возможность прогнозировать ее состояние. «Наша задача — максимально полно охватить экологическим мониторингом эту территорию. И по километражу, и по объемам измеряемых параметров», — добавил глава Минприроды.

  Северный морской путь — единая транспортная коммуникация России в Арктике. Он проходит вдоль северных берегов страны по морям Северного Ледовитого океана (Карское, Лаптевых, Восточно-Сибирское, Чукотское), соединяет порты европейской части России и устья судоходных сибирских рек с Дальним Востоком. В августе 2022 года правительство РФ утвердило план развития СМП до 2035 года, в который вошло более 150 мероприятий. Общий объем финансирования — около 1,8 трлн рублей.

  Согласно плану, годовой грузопоток по СМП должен составить в 2024 году 80 млн тонн, 2030 году — 150 млн тонн, 2035 году — 220 млн тонн.
