    Уголовное дело возбуждено из-за пожара на судне «Катерина Великая» во Владивостоке

    При пожаре один человек погиб, один — пострадал

    Приморский следственный отдел на транспорте из-за пожара на многофункциональном судне снабжения «Катерина Великая» возбудил уголовное дело по ч.2 ст.143 УК РФ (нарушение требований охраны труда, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека), сообщается в Telegram-канале Восточного межрегионального следственного управления на транспорте (МСУТ) СК России.

    В результате происшествия один человек погиб и один человек, находившийся на борту, пострадал. В настоящее время следователи и криминалисты проводят комплекс действий, чтобы установить все обстоятельства происшествия.

    Как передавал «ПортНьюс», по информации транспортной прокуратуры, судно «Катерина Великая», которое находится в центре судоремонта «Дальзавод» во Владивостоке, загорелось около 3:00 по местному времени. Восточное МСУТ уточняло, что пожар случился в ходе проведения ремонтных работ в одном из помещений судна.

    Судно «Катерина Великая» — головной заказ из четырех многофункциональных судов снабжения усиленного ледового класса Icebreaker 7 проекта IBSV10022 для АО «Роснефтефлот», заложенных на стапеле судостроительного комплекса «Звезда» (ССК «Звезда», г. Большой Камень, Приморский край) в сентябре 2017 года. Судно было спущено на воду в декабре 2020 года. Суда снабжения ледового класса спроектированы для широкой географии плавания и предназначены для доставки грузов на морские буровые платформы, ледокольного обеспечения, буксировки судов и морских объектов. Технические характеристики судна: длина — 106 м, ширина — 22 м, максимальная ледовая осадка — 8 м, высота борта — 11 м, экипаж — 49 человек.
