  Готовность портовой инфраструктуры терминала в Пионерском составляет 37%

  Планируется, что первые паромы с накатной техникой зайдут в порт уже в июле этого года

  В Калининградской области продолжаются работы по строительству портовой инфраструктуры международного морского терминала в городе Пионерский. Готовность объекта на данный момент — 37%. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе ФКУ «Ространсмодернизация».

  Сейчас на причале № 1 грузопассажирского терминала производятся работы по устройству верхнего монолитного строения, дренажной призмы и монолитного железобетонного лотка для кабель-канала, идет монтаж швартовых тумб.

  На причале № 2 продолжаются работы по погружению шпунта лицевой стенки и анкерных свай, а также монтажу анкерно-ригельной системы. Также ведутся работы по погружению трубошпунта и свай анкерного ряда на участке оградительного мола.

  Рабочие приступили к работам по погружению трубошпунта и анкерных свай на Технологической перемычке №1. На участке причала портофлота завершены работы по устройству дренажной призмы, выполняются работы по монтажу швартовых тумб. Для берегоукрепления гавани выполнены работы по устройству дренажной призмы и монтажу швартовых тумб, продолжаются работы по водовыпуску.

  В свою очередь, на участке Северного мола идут работы по укладке тетраподов.

  «Также на объекте продолжается строительство вспомогательных зданий и сооружений, расположенных на береговой части. По части зданий окончены работы по устройству металлоконструкций, ведутся работы по обшивке зданий сэндвич-панелями», — рассказали в пресс-службе Ространсмодернизации.

  Продолжаются работы по устройству внутриплощадочных инженерных сетей (хозяйственно-питьевой водопровод, противопожарный водопровод, хозяйственно-бытовая канализация).

  На объекте задействовано 164 человека и 28 единиц техники.

  Новая морская портовая инфраструктура предназначена для поддержания полноценного транспортного сообщения региона с основной территорией России, а также для доставки в регион строительных материалов и каботажных грузов. Планируется, что первые паромы с накатной техникой зайдут в порт уже в июле этого года.

  Терминал сможет обслуживать за сезон 110 круизных судов, его пассажиропоток составит не менее 225 тыс. человек. Паромное судоходство, в свою очередь, длится круглый год, расчетный оборот судов — 312 единиц в год.

  Завершить работы на объекте планируется в конце 2024 года.
