  Российские члены экипажа арестованного в Саудовской Аравии танкера в ближайшее время вернутся в РФ

  У некоторых моряков срок пребывания в рейсе превысил 13 месяцев

  Российские члены экипажа танкера Elbrus, арестованного в Саудовской Аравии смогли добиться репатриации и 25 июля вылетят из Джедды в Стамбул (Турция), а оттуда в РФ. Об этом сообщил председатель Черноморско-Азовской территориальной организации Российского профсоюза моряков (РПСМ) Алексей Беляков.

  По информации пресс-службы РПСМ, российских моряков для работы на судне наняло крюинговое агентство «Аквамарин», которое умолчало, что Elbrus (ИМО 9206671) арестован за навал на причал в ноябре 2023 года. Члены экипажа узнали об этом, когда прибыли к судну на катере. Тогда же выяснилось, что экипаж сокращен — нет четвертого механика и моториста.

  Моряки обратились в РПСМ за помощью. Они сообщили, что стоят на рейде в портовой зоне, у одного из членов экипажа закончился срок действия медицинской комиссии и удостоверения личности моряка. Несмотря на то, что смена возможна, судовладелец отказывался ее проводить, мотивируя высокой стоимостью. После окончания основного контракта в течение месяца компания обещала провести смену, а потом стала ссылаться на миграционные формальности. Для предполагаемой репатриации моряков просили переподписать контракты.

  К моменту обращения в профсоюз моряки находились на танкере без контрактов, у некоторых из них срок пребывания в рейсе превысил 13 месяцев.

  Как выяснил РПСМ, судовладелец из ОАЭ настаивал, что портовые власти не дают разрешение на смену. Судовладелец также указал на условие контракта: смена экипажа возможна только, если отсутствуют физические и юридические преграды. Поэтому судовладелец просил моряков остаться на танкере до момента прояснения ситуации с арестом.

  Чтобы помочь морякам, РПСМ обратился в другие морские профсоюзы. Это и помогло запустить процесс репатриации экипажа.

  Танкер Elbrus (IMO 9206671) построен в 2001 году на верфи Tsuneishi Shipbuilding (Япония), ходит под флагом Камеруна. Длина судна — 246 м; ширина — 43 м.
