  В порту Геленджик завершен второй этап строительства яхтенной марины

  Объекты планируется сдать в эксплуатацию в августе-сентябре 2024 года

  

  В морском порту Геленджик завершены строительно-монтажные работы по первым двум этапам строительства яхтенной марины. Планируется, что новые объекты морской инфраструктуры сдадут в эксплуатацию в августе-сентябре 2024 года, сообщает пресс-служба Росморречфлота.

  Грузовой участок морского порта Геленджик закрыт и находится на реконструкции с 1 января 2019 года. Здесь ведутся работы по инвестпроекту «Комплекс береговой и морской инфраструктуры в морском порту Геленджик». В соответствии с проектной документацией строительство объекта разделено на пять этапов.

  В рамках первого этапа построены гидротехнические сооружения (Южный мол, Северный мол, причалы портового флота, берегоукрепление, создание акваторий пассажирского района и внутренней марины), средства навигационного оборудования и инженерные сети.

  Второй этап включал строительство причала №1, берегоукрепление, судоподъемное сооружение, слип для спуска катеров на воду, временные очистные сооружения, распределительную трансформаторную подстанцию и инженерные сети.

  Продолжение строительства комплекса планируется в 2024-2026 годах по утвержденному графику.

  Реконструкция морского порта Геленджик входит в федеральный проект «Морские порты России» транспортной части Комплексного плана модернизации и расширения магистральной инфраструктуры. Объекты строятся в рамках государственной программы «Развитие транспортной системы России». Яхтенная марина будет способна принимать моторные и парусные суда различного класса. В состав комплекса береговой и морской инфраструктуры войдут оградительные и берегоукрепительные гидротехнические сооружения и здание пассажирского терминала.

  Как передавало ИАА «ПортНьюс», в 2023 году в рамках первого этапа проекта в Геленджике было завершено строительство яхтенной марины для базирования 275 яхт. В состав морского комплекса вошел причал для приема пассажирских судов с осадкой до 5,9 м и пассажировместимостью до 940 человек. Причал рассчитан для приема судов категории «Князь Владимир». Объем дноуглубительных работ в акватории марины и пассажирского района составил около 325 тыс. куб. м. Самая глубокая отметка дна составляет минус 7,5 м.
