    NYK завершила переоборудование буксира Sakigake под аммиачное топливо

    Первое коммерческое судно на аммиаке будет выполнять буксировочные операции в Токийском заливе

    Линейная судоходная компания NYK завершила создание первого буксира на аммиачном топливе. Оператором судна Sakigake (А-Tug) будет Shin-Nippon Kaiyosha (входит в группу NYK). В течение трехмесячного испытательного периода буксир будет выполнять операции в Токийском заливе, сообщила пресс-служба NYK.

    Проект конверсии буксира, в котором также участвовали IHI Power Systems и классификационное общество ClassNK, стартовал в октябре 2021 года. Работы выполнялись в рамках проекта «Фонд зеленых инноваций», запущенного Организацией по развитию новых энергетических и промышленных технологий Японии (NEDO) для разработки судов, оснащенных японскими двигателями на аммиачном топливе.

    Изначально буксир Sakigake был построен для работы на сжиженном природном газе (СПГ). Его строительство было завершено в 2015 году на верфи Oppama судостроительной компании Keihin Dock(входит в NYK Group). Он стал первым в Японии коммерческим судном на газомоторном топливе. После восьми лет работы в Токийском заливе судно было пришвартовано на причале Keihin Dock для переоборудования его главного двигателя и системы подачи топлива под аммиак.

    Ранее в рамках «Фонда зеленых инноваций» NYK, разработчики и производители двигателей Japan Engine Corporation, IHI Power Systems и верфь Nihon Shipyard подписали несколько контрактов на строительство первого в мире среднеразмерного газовоза, работающего на аммиаке (AFMGC). Передача этого газовоза в эксплуатацию запланирована на ноябрь 2026 года.
