  В Москве открывается новый логистический центр мирового уровня

  В Москве в среду открывается новый логистический центр мирового уровня SLG-Домодедово. Этот центр будет самым большим в Европе. Инвестором комплекса выступила компания SLG, а подрядчиком – "Евразия логистик", сообщает ПРАЙМ-ТАСС.

  Себестоимость 1 кв. м в логопарке Северное Домодедово - $1 тыс. Сейчас компания "Евразия логистик" построила две очереди комплекса. Это 600 тыс. кв. м площадей. Будет построено еще 500 тыс. кв. м. Всего в Домодедове постоят 14 корпусов высотой 12,5 метров. Инвестиции в проект оцениваются более чем в $1 млрд.

  Срок их окупаемости, по словам председателя совета директоров ЗАО Smart Logistic Group Владимира Елина: "При расценках, которые мы платим и при грамотной политике "Евразия логистик" логопарк должен окупиться в пределах 6,5 - 7,5 лет. Если не будет кризисных моментов, значительного момента доллара, потому что на кредиты строился этот логопарк. Либо каких-то других провалов".

  Все складские помещения относятся к категории А. Пропускная способность логистического центра SLG-Домодедово - 200 вагонов. Планируемая емкость - 2 миллиона мест хранения. Логистический рынок по-прежнему остается очень привлекательным в России, сказал в интервью Business FM гендиректор компании "Совфрахт-автологистика" Александр Пашистов: "Насыщенность данного рынка нет и пока не предвидится, в связи с ростом ВВП в целом, экономики нашей страны. Потребность в логистических услугах, растут очень быстрыми темпами".

  Московский проект - лишь один из грандиозного замысла компании SLG. В ближайшие полтора года группа намерена открыть шесть филиалов по России, включая города Екатеринбург, Новосибирск, Волгоград , Казань и Санкт-Петебург. В итоге общий объем площадей должен достичь 300 тыс. кв. м. В ближайшие 5 лет компания собирается выйти в лидеры российского сегмента логистики и провести IPO
