  "Газпром нефть" заинтересована в покупке 49% пакета казахстанского "МангистауМунайГаза"

  16 июля состоялась рабочая встреча председателя правления ОАО "Газпром нефть" Александра Дюкова и президента АО "Национальная компания "КазМунайГаз" Серика Буркитбаева.
  Как сообщает пресс-служба "Газпром нефти", стороны обсудили перспективы сотрудничества ОАО "Газпром нефть" и АО "Национальная компания "КазМунайГаз" по вопросам совместной работы в области геологоразведки, добычи и переработки нефти в Казахстане, России и в третьих странах.

  В ходе переговоров была достигнута договоренность о продолжении и постепенном увеличении поставок нефти ОАО "Газпром нефть" на Павлодарский НПЗ.

  Кроме того, Александр Дюков подтвердил заинтересованность ОАО "Газпром нефть" в приобретении 49% пакета в АО "МангистауМунайГаз" и в установлении стратегического сотрудничества между двумя компаниями. Оба руководителя выразили уверенность в дальнейшем успешном взаимодействии.

  ОАО "Газпром нефть" – дочернее нефтедобывающее предприятие ОАО "Газпром", которому принадлежит 75% компании. 20% владеет консорциум итальянских ENI и Enel ("Энинефтегаз"). У "Газпрома" существует опцион на выкуп этой доли. Уставный капитал ОАО "Газпром нефть" составляет 7 млн 586 тыс. 79,4224 руб. и сформирован путем размещения двух выпусков обыкновенных именных акций, предоставляющих их владельцам одинаковые права, в количестве 4 млрд 741 млн 299 тыс. 639 номиналом 0,0016 руб. Объем добычи компании в 2007 году составил 32,7 млн т. "Газпром нефти" принадлежит свыше 60 лицензий на разведку и разработку месторождений в Ямало-Ненецком и Ханты-Мансийском АО, в Омской и Томской областях, в Республике Саха, Эвенкийском АО и на Чукотке.

  "КазМунайГаз" (КМГ) — казахстанская национальная нефтяная компания. Полное наименование — Акционерное общество "Национальная компания "КазМунайГаз". Штаб-квартира — в Астане. Образовано указом президента Казахстана от 20 февраля 2002 года путем слияния ЗАО "ННК "Казахойл" и ЗАО "НК "Транспорт Нефти и Газа". 100 % акций компании принадлежит правительству Казахстана.
