  Заявки на строительство в Сочи морского грузового порта подали около 10-ти компаний

  Около 10 крупных российских и иностранных компаний подали заявки на разработку рабочей документации и строительство в Сочи грузового морского порта, сообщил "Интерфаксу" пресс-секретарь компании "Базовый элемент" (заказчик работ) Сергей Рыбак.

  "С выбором генерального подрядчика строительства мы окончательно определимся к концу августа", - уточнил он.

  Срок отбора генеральной подрядной организации для строительства порта истек 25 июля в 18:00 мск.

  Как сообщалось ранее, максимальная стоимость предложения по объектам строительства "Порта Сочи Имеретинский", финансируемым из средств инвестора, составляет с учетом НДС 3,2 млрд руб.

  В числе объектов - причал для навалочных грузов длиной 480 м, причал для генеральных грузов длиной 800 м, берегоукрепление в виде эстакады с подпричальным откосом длиной 150 м, берегоукрепление в виде эстакады с подпричальным откосом на входе в акваторию порта длиной 240 м, искусственно образуемая намывная территория, внутренние сети водопровода и канализации, внутренние сети энергоснабжения и перекладка инженерных сетей на площадке строительства.

  Перегрузочный комплекс будет расположен в междуречье рек Мзымта и Псоу Адлерского района Сочи на открытом побережье Черного моря.

  Пуск в эксплуатацию первой очереди порта планируется во втором квартале 2009 года, когда порт начнет принимать строительные материалы (цемент, песок, щебень), а со второго квартала 2010 года планируемый объем по приему строительных материалов достигнет проектной мощности.

  Порт будет иметь 8 специализированных причалов: три причала для приемки генеральных грузов, два - для приема цемента, три - для приема навалочных грузов. Максимальная глубина у причалов - 9,2 метра.

  ООО "Порт Сочи Имеретинский" (входит в управляющую дирекцию "Портовый Бизнес" компании "Базовый элемент") создано для разработки проектной документации, строительства и эксплуатации перегрузочного комплекса навалочных грузов с целью обеспечения строительными материалами олимпийских объектов в Сочи.
