  Председателем совета директоров "Зарубежнефти" избран глава Минэнерго Сергей Шматко

  Председателем совета директоров ОАО "Зарубежнефть" избран министр энергетики РФ Сергей Шматко. Как сообщает пресс-служба компании, вопрос об избрании председателя совета директоров ОАО "Зарубежнефть" рассматривался 25 августа на первом заседании нового состава совета.

  Также на заседании принята к сведению программа энергосбережения ОАО "Зарубежнефть" в целях реализации положений указа президента РФ от 04.06.2008 №889 "О некоторых мерах по повышению энергетической и экологической эффективности российской экономики".

  В ходе заседания Совета директоров состоялось обсуждение стратегии развития ОАО "Зарубежнефть", в том числе, речь шла о новых проектах компании и о дальнейшем сотрудничестве России и Вьетнама в области добычи углеводородных ресурсов на территории обоих государств.

  Совет директоров ОАО "Зарубежнефть" избран распоряжением Федерального агентства по управлению государственным имуществом от 30.06.2008г. № 1155 в следующем составе: Сергей Шматко, министр энергетики Российской Федерации; Николай Брунич, генеральный директор ОАО "Зарубежнефть"; Александр Баженов Александр, директор Центра государственно-частного партнерства Внешэкономбанк; Владимир Богданов Владимир, генеральный директор ОАО "Сургутнефтегаз"; Александр Некипелов, вице-президент РАН, Академик РАН, д.э.н., профессор; Аркадий Самохвалов, генеральный директор ЗАО "Управляющая компания - Стратегические активы"; Дмитрий Титов, президент ОАО "Всероссийский банк развития регионов".

  ГП "РВО "Зарубежнефть" создано в 1967 году и преобразовано в ОАО "Зарубежнефть" в конце октября 2004 года. Акционирование компании было утверждено указом президента РФ в феврале 2004 года. Этим же документом закреплялась передача "Зарубежнефти" не менее 75% акций РМНТК "Нефтеотдача". Уставный капитал компании составляет 3,310 млрд руб.

  "Зарубежнефть" занимается организацией разработки и реализации комплексных нефтегазовых программ и проектов за рубежом - как на суше, так и на континентальном шельфе. Компания представляет интересы РФ в российско-вьетнамском СП "Вьетсовпетро", добывающем порядка 10 млн. тонн нефти в год. Кроме того, у "Зарубежнефти" есть совместные проекты как с "Газпромом" во Вьетнаме, так и с "Роснефтью" в Центральной Азии.
