  НК "ЛУКОЙЛ" планирует построить в Санкт-Петербурге комплекс автозаправочных станций формата "река-берег". Об этом сообщил в пятницу журналистам президент "ЛУКОЙЛа" Вагит Алекперов в рамках подписания соглашения о сотрудничестве между компанией и городом на 2008-2012 годы.

  По его словам, подобные АЗС смогут обслуживать в числе прочего владельцев маломерных судов, которые в настоящий момент вынуждены заправляться при помощи канистр. Первый такой комплекс уже создан в Астрахани, второй - в Волгограде. Сроки реализации проекта в Санкт-Петербурге пока не определены, как не определены и месторасположения заправок.

  По данным губернатора Санкт-Петербурга Валентины Матвиенко, вероятнее всего, такие АЗС разместятся около набережных и причалов. "Проект очень сложный и важный для города. Мы готовы оказать всяческую поддержку", - подчеркнула градоначальница.

  Алекперов также сообщил, что сегодня его компания не намерена расширять свое присутствие на рынке стандартных АЗС. Сейчас "ЛУКОЙЛ" занимает порядка 20% петербургского рынка, что составляет немногим более 100 комплексов АЗС, добавил он.

  "ЛУКОЙЛ" - одна из крупнейших независимых нефтяных компаний в РФ. Уставный капитал НК "ЛУКОЙЛ" составляет 21 млн 264 тыс. 081 руб. 37,5 коп. и разделен на 850 млн 563 тыс. 255 обыкновенных акций. 63,3% акций компании находятся в номинальном держании "ИНГ Банк (Евразия)". Крупнейшим акционером "ЛУКОЙЛа" является президент компании Вагит Алекперов. Еще 20% акций "ЛУКОЙЛа" принадлежит американской ConocoPhillips. Чистая прибыль "ЛУКОЙЛа" по US GAAP в 2007 году выросла на 27% - до $9,51 млрд против $7,48 млрд в 2006 году, чистая прибыль в I квартале 2008 году выросла в 2,4 раза по сравнению с тем же периодом 2007 года и составила $3,163 млрд. "ЛУКОЙЛ" в 2007 году добыл 96 млн 646 тыс. т нефти, что на 1,5% выше, чем в 2006 году, в том числе дочерние компании добыли 94,149 млн т (рост на 2,9%). Добыча товарного газа группой "ЛУКОЙЛ" выросла в 2007 году на 2,5% - до 13 млрд 955 млн куб. м.
