  На выкуп облигационного займа "Морского фасада" в 2009 году будет направлено 3,5 миллиарда рублей

  На выкуп облигационного займа ОАО "Пассажирский порт Санкт-Петербург "Морской фасад" "в рамках исполнения финансовых обязательств Санкт-Петербурга по развитию морского пассажирского терминала на Васильевском острове" направят 3,5 млрд руб., сообщает Горзаказ. Ранее на эти цели планировалось направить 1,5 млрд руб.

  Губернатор Санкт-Петербурга Валентина Матвиенко внесла на рассмотрение депутатов ЗакСа города поправки к бюджету города на 2009 год. Согласно поправкам доходная часть бюджета возрастет на 44,7 млн рублей (в первом чтении утверждена сумма в 268,4 млрд рублей). Расходная часть бюджета должна увеличиться на 4,2 млрд рублей

  "Морской фасад" в конце 2008 года по закрытой подписке разместил 1 млн 495 тыс. облигаций номиналом 1 тыс. руб. Общий объем выпуска составил 1 млрд 495 млн руб. Облигации выкупило правительство Санкт-Петербурга. В декабре 2008 года стало известно, что выпуск облигаций второй серии правительство города намерено выкупить до конца I квартала 2009 года.

  Уставный капитал ОАО «Пассажирский Порт Санкт-Петербург «Морской фасад» определен в размере 560 млн руб., разделенных на 560 тыс. обыкновенных именных бездокументарных акций номинальной стоимостью 1 тыс. руб.
