    Строительство второй очереди стратегических нефтяных хранилищ на 5,4 миллиона кубометров топлива началось в Китае

    В Душаньцзы Синьцзян-Уйгурского автономного района Китая на площади 95 га стартовали работы по сооружению нефтяного резервуара на 5,4 млн кубометров топлива. Первая фаза строительства, которая обойдется ориентировочно в 2,45 млрд юаней ($388 млн), должна быть завершена через год. Как сообщает Business Грузия, 30 танкеров вместимостью 100 тыс. куб м каждый будут закачаны казахской и российской нефтью. Об этом сказал вице-президент крупнейше нефтяной компании PetroChina Co Сунь Лундэ.

    Собственные стратегические запасы нефти в Китае начала создавать несколько лет назад для обеспечения безопасности энергопоставок. Построены и сданы к настоящему времени в эксплуатацию 4 базы - Чжэньхай, Хуандао, Далянь и Чжоушань, они полностью залиты нефтью. В ближайшей перспективе строительство еще 8. По плану, вторая очередь рассчитана на хранение 26,8 млн кубометров нефти. За второй должна последовать и третья.

    К 2015 году Китай намерен создать стратегические запасы нефти в объеме 70 млн кубометров, увеличив их с 52 млн кубов на конец 2008 году. При этом большую часть - 40 млн куб м - в запасники зальют два главных игрока в этой области, компании PetroChina и Sinopec. Стратегические резервы нефти в Китае к 2010 году, по прогнозам, должны достичь эквивалента месячного импорта страны, а к 2020 - 100-дневного эквивалента.
