Работники судоверфи в Эмдене (Германия) протестуют против намерений ThyssenKrupp продать и перепрофилировать предприятие
Работники судостроительной верфи северогерманского города Эмден не вышли на работу: они протестуют против намерения владельца компании, промышленного конгломерата ThyssenKrupp, продать предприятие фирме по производству ветряной энергии SIAG. Рабочие не готовы перестраиваться, сообщает Euronews.
Как отметил представитель совета трудового коллектива Карл-Хайнц Беннер, «люди страшно подавлены...». При этом сообщается, что увольнений не будет. Две трети из 1200 сотрудников верфи покупатель берет на работу, остальные отправятся в филиалы ThyssenKrupp, занятые в сфере строительства яхт.
Но для судостроения Северной Германии это решение – плохая новость, считает представить национального профсоюза IG Metall Утта Бланкау. По его словам, «это означает, что ThyssenKrupp перестанет делать гражданские суда и займется только военными».
Сообщается, что с начала года в Германии разорились уже пять судостроителей.
