    Акционеры ОАО «ВСЗ» (Ленобласть) переизбрали в совет директоров 7 человек

    Акционеры ОАО «Выборгский судостроительный завод» (ОАО «ВСЗ», Ленинградская область) на годовом общем собрании 9 июня 2010 года переизбрали в совет директоров 7 человек. Как говорится в официальном сообщении общества, в него вошли: Наталья Беликова, Дмитрий Горелов, Сергей Колесников, Александр Петров, Георгий Порядин, Олег Цой, Николай Шамалов.

    Также принято решение распределить чистую прибыль ВСЗ по итогам 2009 года следующим образом: направить в Фонд текущей деятельности верфи за 2009 год 38 млн 62 тыс. 575 руб. 51 коп.; направить в Фонд текущей деятельности верфи за 2010 год 200 млн руб.; направить на покрытие убытков прошлых лет 305 млн 115 тыс. 85 руб.; направить на техническое перевооружение и реконструкцию ОАО «Выборгский судостроительный завод» 342 млн 71 тыс. 753 руб. 76 коп; направить на покрытие убытков от погашения ранее выкупленных обществом собственных акций 1 млн 281 тыс. 969 руб. 66 коп.; направить на перечисление очередного платежа ООО «Приморская верфь» в соответствии с договором инвестирования 44 млн руб.

    Аудитором общества на 2010-2011 годы утверждено ООО «Институт независимых социально-экономических исследований.

    ОАО «Выборгский судостроительный завод» специализируется на строительстве буровых платформ для разработки морских шельфовых месторождений и судов малого и среднего тоннажа. Кроме того, завод выступает инвестором создания в Приморске (Ленинградская область) новой верфи, способной строить крупнотоннажные коммерческие суда.
