    СЗТУ технически готово к бескомиссионному контролю товаров с морских судов – Юрий Лямкин

    Северо-Западное таможенное управление (СЗТУ) технически готово к бескомиссионному контролю товаров с морских судов. Об этом журналистам сообщил первый заместитель начальника управления по таможенному контролю СЗТУ Юрий Лямкин. По его словам, вопрос заключается лишь в отсутствии утвержденного порядка такого оформления. Он уточнил, что решение должно быть принято Комиссией Таможенного союза.

    Напомним, что с 1 июля 2010 года вступил в силу Таможенный кодекс Таможенного союза. В соответствии со статьей 158 Кодекса перевозчик, таможенный представитель либо иное заинтересованное лицо вправе  представить таможенному органу предварительную информацию о товарах до их фактического прибытия на таможенную территорию Таможенного союза.
