    ММТП запатентовал модель выгрузки смерзшихся грузов и зачистки полувагонов

    ОАО «Мурманский морской торговый порт» (ММТП) в рамках подготовки к зимнему периоду 2010-2011 годов разработало и запатентовало модель выгрузки смерзшихся грузов и зачистки полувагонов. Как говорится в сообщении стивидорной компании, из «Роспатента» уже пришло соответствующее уведомление.

    Запатентованный «Механизированный комплекс для выгрузки смерзшихся грузов и зачистки полувагонов» состоит из бурорыхлительной машины, накладной вибромашины, механической щетки и системы для зачистки полувагонов с помощью сжатого воздуха.

    Кроме того, говорится в сообщении ММТП, для предстоящей зимы была проведена модернизация портальных кранов N 5 и N 20 с электронной системой успокоения грейфера и частотной системой управления механизмами крана. Приобретены 6 ковшовых погрузчиков «Либхер» и два бульдозера. До конца года будут введены в эксплуатацию три новых портальных крана «Аист».

    На зиму 2010-2011 стивидорная компания планирует требовать от перевозчиков и грузовладельцев ритмичной поставки и вывода вагонов со станций погрузки. Это позволит избежать дополнительного смерзания груза в «брошенных» составах и массовой подачи вагонов со смерзшимся углем в порт под выгрузку. Грузовладельцам предписано обеспечить на станциях отправления погрузку углей при отрицательных температурах воздуха с предварительным промораживанием на складе, а перевозчикам – исключить подачу в порт вагонов со стяжками, без крышек разгрузочных люков и другими поломками, не позволяющими производить выгрузку без повреждений подвижного состава. Во все договоры с грузоотправителями внесены требования о подаче в порт с 1 октября по 15 апреля полувагонов с углем только с нижними люками.

    ОАО «Мурманский морской торговый порт» создано в 1994 году. Предприятие располагает 17 причалами общей протяженностью около 3 тыс. метров. Длина и глубины у причалов позволяют принимать и ставить под грузовые операции суда с осадкой до 15,5 м и длиной более 265 м. Грузооборот ОАО «ММТП» по итогам 2009 года превысил 15,1 млн тонн.
