    Первое судно-скотовоз построено на класс Российского морского регистра (фото)

    Турецкая верфь Torlak (Тузла) 18 ноября 2010 года сдала в эксплуатацию специальное судно для перевозки скота проекта LSC01 дедвейтом 8443 тонны. Судно, построенное на класс Российского морского регистра судоходства, получило название Almahmoud-2, сообщает проектант – Морское инженерное бюро.
     
    Судно предназначено для перевозки скота (7500 голов крупного рогатого скота и 5700 овец) на 10 палубах по маршрутам Южная Америка - страны Ближнего Востока и Австралия - страны Ближнего Востока.

    Представляет собой десятипалубный одновинтовой теплоход габаритной длиной 149,9 м, шириной 22,80 м, со сплошной надстройкой по всей длине судна (высота борта до палубы бака 22,96 м), с кормовым расположением машинного отделения, жилой надстройкой и ходовым мостиком в средней части, с двойным дном, с бульбообразной носовой и транцевой кормовой оконечностями, с избыточным надводным бортом. При осадка по ЛГВЛ 8,46 м дедвейт составляет 8443 тонны. Валовая вместимость - 18361. Чистая вместимость - 10979.
     
    Экипаж состоит из 30 человек собственно судовой команды и 30 человек для обслуживания перевозимого скота («ковбои»). Установлены две спасательные шлюпки вместимостью по 65 чел. каждая.
     
    На судне созданы все условия для безопасной и сохранной перевозки животных, включая достаточное для двухразового питания количество корма и подачи достаточного количества питьевой воды, а также специальные системы для автоматизированного кормления и пресной воды, удаления отходов и стоков, вентиляции помещений, где содержится скот, отмечает проектант.
