    Уголовное дело возбуждено по факту столкновения катеров на Москве-реке 13 августа 2011 года по части 2 статьи 268 УК РФ «нарушение правил, обеспечивающих безопасную работу транспорта, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека», сообщили РИА Новости в пресс-службе Управления на транспорте МВД России по Центральному федеральному округу.

    Причиной столкновения стало нарушение правил движения по водным путям.

    «Тринадцатого августа примерно в 19.30 в акватории Москвы-реки в районе 65-66 километра МКАД судно «Сеаду-210», на борту которого находилось четыре человека, под управлением неустановленного лица, в нарушение правил движения по внутренним водным путям РФ, совершило наезд на женщину, 1986 года рождения. Девушка в момент столкновения двигалась на доске для вейксерфинга на буксировочном тросе, прикрепленном к судну «Центурион». От удара ее отбросило в сторону, она осталась жива и сейчас находится дома», - уточнил собеседник агентства.

    По его информации, судно «Сеаду» продолжило движение и совершило столкновение с судном «Центурион», в результате чего пассажир «Центуриона» 1992 года рождения получил травмы, от которых скончался на месте.
