    Рыбаки из КНР подадут в суд на ConocoPhillips из-за разлива нефти

    Группа рыбаков из северной китайской провинции Хэбэй готовит судебный иск к международной нефтяной компании ConocoPhillips в связи с возможным ущербом, нанесенным деятельностью компании популяции гребешков в Бохайском заливе, сообщает РИА «Новости».

    ConocoPhillips через свою китайскую «дочку» ConocoPhillips China является оператором морских буровых платформ на месторождении Пэнлай 19-3 в Бохайском заливе, разрабатываемом совместно с китайской государственной нефтяной корпорацией CNOOC.

    В июне компания сообщила об утечках нефти в море с 2 буровых платформ. ConocoPhillips China оценивает масштаб утечек в 3 тыс. баррелей, при этом, по сведениям Государственного океанографического управления КНР, утечки до сих пор не устранены.

    Группы рыбаков из города Таншань в провинции Хэбэй обвиняет ConocoPhillips в гибели популяции разводившихся ими морских гребешков. Они оценивают свои потери в 150-170 млн юаней ($23,5-26,6 млн) и готовят иск о компенсации ущерба. По данным агентства, 153 рыбацких семьи уже собрали сумму в три миллиона юаней ($469,3 тыс.) для покрытия судебных издержек.

    Ранее о планах начать судебный процесс против виновников утечек нефти на месторождении Пэнлай 19-3 заявляло и само Государственное океанографическое управление КНР. Управление также обвиняло ConocoPhillips в недостаточных усилиях по устранению загрязнения и выдвинуло требование нормализовать ситуацию до 31 августа 2011 года.

    Сама компания заявила сегодня о том, что к настоящему времени уже собраны 2157 баррелей вытекшей нефти и нефтесодержащих отходов. В заявлении, опубликованном на сайте ConocoPhillips China, также выражается уверенность в том, что с загрязнением будет покончено до конца августа.
