Судовладельцы вынуждены будут отказаться от найма «дешевой» рабочей силы - Генсек Nautilus International
Судовладельцы начали осознавать, что исчерпали ресурсы для найма экипажей из стран, являющихся традиционными поставщиками рабочей силы для морской отрасли, заявил на прошедшей в Амстердаме конференции британо-голландского профсоюза Nautilus International его генеральный секретарь Марк Дикинсон, передает пресс-служба Российского профессионального союза моряков (РПСМ).
«Восстановление объемов морской торговли до докризисных значений неизбежно заставит судовладельцев отказаться от получившей широкое распространение практики найма «дешевой» рабочей силы из развивающихся стран и повернуться лицом к морякам из стран «первого эшелона», – сказал Марк Дикинсон.
Он добавил, что когда начнется подъем, перед судоходной отраслью, «несомненно, встанет проблема поиска квалифицированных, способных работать на современных судах и имеющих мотивацию для работы в отрасли моряков».
