RF Government names candidates for the Board of Sovcomflot
The Russian Government has named the candidates for the Boards of Directors and Audit Commissions of PAO Sovcomflot (Saint-Petersburg) as representatives of the Russian Federation, says the official website of the RF Government.
According to the statement, the list of candidates includes Victor Olersky, Deputy Transport Minister, head of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency; Pavel Kadochnikov, Pro-rector for Research at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy under the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Ilya Klebanov, Chairman of the Sovcomflot BoD; David Moorhouse, member of Sovcomflot BoD; Sergey Frank,President & CEO of Sovcomflot .
The document has been prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federation owns 100% of shares in Sovcomflot.
By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 23, 2003 No. 91-p. Sovcomflot is included into the list of joint stock companies, in regard to which the position of the shareholder – the Russian Federation – is carried out by the Government of the Russian Federation,
