    В Москве с владельца дебаркадера взыщут более 9 млн руб., потраченных городом на демонтаж, транспортировку и хранение объекта

    Департамент транспорта и развития дорожной инфраструктуры Москвы подал заявление о возбуждении исполнительного производства в отношении ООО «Ватервилль». Ранее Арбитражный суд Москвы принял решение удовлетворить иск Департамента транспорта к ООО «Ватервилль» о взыскании расходов, понесенных городом на демонтаж, транспортировку и хранение объекта «Дебаркадер №602». Все эти работы обошлись бюджету Москвы в 9,7 млн руб. Однако собственник долг не погасил, поэтому дело передали судебным приставам. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Департамента.

    «Дебаркадер №602» исключили из Государственного судового реестра в связи с утратой качества судна в результате перестройки. Владелец отказался переместить объект из акватории Москвы своими силами, поэтому работы по его демонтажу, транспортировке и хранению выполнили за счет бюджета Москвы. 

    Отмечается, что некоторые владельцы перемещенных объектов и без решения суда соглашаются возместить стоимость эвакуации в городскую казну. Так собственник дебаркадера «Тандем» добровольно компенсировал затраты, которые потребовались на демонтаж, транспортировку и хранение объекта. 

    Очистка акватории Москвы от дебаркадеров осуществляются на основании постановления правительства Москвы от 26 сентября 2013 года №641-ПП «Об утверждении Положения об организации работы по освобождению водных объектов, расположенных на территории города Москвы, от объектов, не зарегистрированных в качестве судна».

    Транспортировка дебаркадеров проводится, в первую очередь в целях обеспечения безопасности граждан, предотвращения чрезвычайных ситуаций, улучшения экологической обстановки в Москве.
