  «ЗиО-Подольск» отгрузил нажимной фланец для второго реактора «РИТМ-200» атомохода «Арктика»

  ПАО «ЗиО-Подольск» (входит в машиностроительный дивизион Росатома – Атомэнергомаш) отгрузило в адрес Балтийского завода-Судостроение нажимной фланец для второго комплекта реакторной установки РИТМ-200 для атомного ледокола «Арктика». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба предприятия.
  
  Фланец предназначен для фиксации крышки ледокольного реактора и ее уплотнения. Параметры изделия имеют диаметр – 2,9 м, высоту – 1,4 м и масса – 15 тонн.
  
  Напомним, технический проект и конструкторскую документацию разработали специалисты ПАО «ЗиО-Подольск», которые также осуществляют шеф-монтаж.
  
  Как сообщалось ранее, 26 июня текущего года завод отгрузил на Балтийский завод интегрированный корпус второго парогенерирующего блока (ПГБ) силовой установки РИТМ-200. Первый ПГБ был отправлен 26 мая.
  
  Напомним, «ЗиО-Подольск» изготавливает оборудование силовой установки «РИТМ-200» для головного ледокола и двух серийных атомоходов нового поколения («Сибирь» и «Урал»). В состав реакторной установки «РИТМ-200» входят два реактора, имеющие тепловую мощность 175 МВт каждый.  Конструкция интегрального типа  позволила минимизировать её массу и габариты. Расчетный срок службы энергетической установки – 40 лет.
  
  Предприятия АО «Атомэнергомаш» обеспечивают полную производственную цепочку создания силовой установки «РИТМ-200» – от проектирования и производства заготовок до изготовления и монтажа оборудования. Проектировщиком и комплектным поставщиком выступает входящее в холдинг АО «ОКБМ Африкантов».
  
  Универсальный двухосадочный атомный ледокол ЛК-60 проекта 22220 «Арктика» станет самым большим и мощным ледоколом в мире. Его длина составит 173,3 м, ширина — 34 м, осадка по конструктивной ватерлинии — 10,5 м, минимальная рабочая осадка — 8,55 м. Запланированное водоизмещение — 33,54 тыс. тонн. Ледокол сможет проводить караваны судов в арктических условиях, пробивая по ходу движения лед толщиной до 2,9 м. Срок службы энергетической установки нового типа составит 40 лет.
