    В Магадане построят порт для маломерных судов

    Госинвестиции в строительство инфраструктурных объектов в Магадане составят 42 млрд рублей

    Яхтенный порт возле индустриального парка, где запланирована переработка рыбной продукции, будет построен в Магадане. Он станет продолжением прибрежной зоны бухты Нагаева, сообщает пресс-служба правительства Магаданской области.

    Ожидается, что яхтенный порт выступит «точкой притяжения не только государственных, но и частных инвестиций, нацеленных на повышение туристического спроса на путешествия в Магадан». «Средства предпринимателей могут быть направлены на обустройство рыбного маркета, строительство мини-гостиницы, иных туристических зон. Мы со своей стороны обосновываем объемы государственных инвестиций на строительство порта с опорой на методические рекомендации Росморречфлота», ‒ приводятся слова губернатора Магаданской области Сергея Носова.

    Проект яхтенного порта в Магадане был презентован в рамках Восточного экономического форума и получил одобрение со стороны заместителя председателя правительства РФ, полпреда президента в Дальневосточном федеральном округе Юрия Трутнева. Теперь проект должен быть представлен на согласование в Минвостокразвития.

    Среди проектов, запланированных к реализации в Магадане, губернатор региона выделил три. Кроме порта, это строительство арендного жилья и обустройство ливневой канализации.

    Ранее областное правительство Магаданской области подписало с ВЭБ.РФ соглашение о сотрудничестве при строительстве инфраструктурных объектов, вошедших в мастер-план Магадана. В их реализации помимо ВЭБ.РФ принимает участие Корпорация развития Дальнего Востока. «Речь идет о государственных инвестициях в 42 млрд рублей», ‒ добавляется в сообщении.
