  Потребность в новом флоте составляет минимум 15 ед.

  Для Северного морского пути необходимо спроектировать новое судно-снабженец ледового класса не менее Arc6. Такое мнение, как передал корреспондент ИАА «ПортНьюс», во время сессии «Российский флот для новых морских транспортных коридоров» в рамках Петербургского международного экономического форума высказал заместитель генерального директора – директор дирекции Северного морского пути госкорпорации «Росатом» Вячеслав Рукша.

  На данный момент более 40% судов СМП сегодня старше 30 лет, более 80% — старше 20 лет. За последние 10 лет не было построено ни одного нового грузового арктического судна снабжения. При этом к 2030 году 75% флота будет уже старше 30 лет.

  «40 судов, работающих в режиме круглогодичной навигации, это Arc4 и Arc5, которые приходится таскать на буксире вплотную. И вот атомный ледокол тянет это старое корыто 30 лет. Надо минимум 15 новых судов-снабженцев 25-30 тыс. тонн не менее Arc 6 класса. И у меня простой вопрос: технологически кто их построит? Мое личное мнение, что никто», — считает Вячеслав Рукша.

  Он также отметил, что строительство атомных ледоколов на базе смешанного финансирования при нынешней финансово-кредитной системе в стране становится не выгодным. Так как проценты, выплаченные в итоге по кредиту, будут больше, чем доходы от проводок.
