  Совет Федерации одобрил закон о федеральном бюджете на 2024-2026 годы

  Финансирование госпрограммы «Развитие судостроения и техники для освоения шельфовых месторождений» предполагается в объеме  18,38 млрд рублей в 2024 году

  Совет Федерации поддержал федеральный закон «О федеральном бюджете на 2024 год и на плановый период 2025 и 2026 годов», сообщает пресс-служба верхней палаты российского парламента.

  Как ранее сообщало ИАА «ПортНьюс», документ предусмотривает уменьшение финансирование федерального проекта «Развитие Северного морского пути» — до 40,18 млрд рублей в 2024 году (почти на 10%); до 38,7 млрд рублей — в 2025 году, и до 29,4 млрд рублей — в 2026 году. Финансирование организации регулярных перевозок по Северному морскому пути (СМП) будет увеличено в 2025 году на 420,2 млн рублей. Также в 2025 году на 1,13 млрд рублей будет увеличен объем средств, выделенных на навигационно-гидрографического обеспечения судоходства на трассах Севморпути и организации регулярных перевозок по арктической трассе.

  Бюджетные ассигнования на строительство атомных ледоколов, головного многофункционального судна атомно-технического обслуживания в 2024 году сократится на 4,5 млрд рублей, в 2025 году — на 4,23 млрд рублей, в 2026 году — на 2,17 млрд рублей.

  Финансирование госпрограммы «Развитие судостроения и техники для освоения шельфовых месторождений» предполагается в объеме  18,38 млрд рублей в 2024 году, более 16 млрд рублей — в 2025 году, более 14 млрд рублей — в 2026 году. При этом в 2024 году предусмотрено сокращение финансирования на субсидии российским организациям для компенсации части затрат на уплату процентов по кредитам на приобретение гражданских судов на 111,1 млн рублей; для возмещения части затрат на осуществление морских пассажирских перевозок в Азово-Черноморском бассейне на морских скоростных судах на подводных крыльях (СПК) на 150,1 млн рублей; для компенсации части затрат на строительство судов рыбопромыслового флота в 2024-2025 годах на 324 млн рублей ежегодно; на бюджетные инвестиции АО «Государственная транспортная лизинговая компания» (ГТЛК) для лизинга гражданских судов водного транспорта в 2025 году на 500 млн рублей.

  Выделение средств в 2024 году на субсидирование морских грузоперевозок в Калининградскую область и из нее составят 1,8 млрд рублей, на работу Керченской паромной переправы — 5,7 млрд рублей. Проектом бюджета также предусмотрен взнос в размере 885,8 млн рублей в уставный капитал АО «Онежский судостроительно-судоремонтный завод» (ОССЗ, Петрозаводск, Республика Карелия) в 2024 году.

  В ходе заседания сенаторы также приняли за основу проект постановления «О предложениях Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации по исполнению Федерального закона «О федеральном бюджете на 2024 год и на плановый период 2025 и 2026 годов».

  Депутаты Государственной думы РФ приняли закон о федеральном бюджете на 2024-2026 годы в третьем чтении 17 ноября 2023 года. Проект федерального бюджета на 2024-2026 годы был внесен правительством России на рассмотрение Госдумы РФ 29 сентября.
