  Три буксира ледового класса будут построены для Росморпорта в 2025-2026 годах

  Начальная цена строительства определена в 2,8 млрд рублей

  ФГУП «Росморпорт» объявило запрос котировок на проектирование и строительство трех портовых буксиров с ледовым классом Arc 4. Начальная (максимальная) цена договора составляет 2 млрд 834 млн рублей. Заявки на участие принимаются до 27 декабря текущего года, итоги будут подведены 10 января 2024 года, говорится в материалах единой информационной системы в сфере закупок.

  Подрядчик должен построить и передать первый буксир не позднее 20 октября 2025 года, второй и третий — не позднее 29 мая 2026 года.

  Назначение судов: проводка и кантовка крупнотоннажных судов; доставка, высадка /съемка лоцманов на/с судов; морская буксировка самоходных и несамоходных судов, плавучих объектов и сооружений на чистой воде и в ледовых условиях; снятие судов с мели; оказание помощи при тушении пожаров на судах, на плавучих и береговых объектах; обследование морского дна; участие в операциях ЛАРН без захода в пятно разлива нефти; перевозка грузов на верхней палубе; перевозка спецперсонала; постановка и съемка предостерегательных плавучих знаков.

  Буксиры должны быть спроектированы и построены согласно требованиям класса Российского морского регистра судоходства (РС): КМ ⍟ Arc 4 (hull, мachinery) R1 AUT3 FF3WS TUG0.

  Главные размерения и основные характеристики: наибольшая длина — около 29 м; наибольшая ширина — около 10 м; наибольшая осадка при полном водоизмещении — около 3,3 м; район плавания — R1; скорость — не менее 11 узлов; экипаж — 8 человек; спецперсонал — 2 человека; тяга на гаке — не менее 25 тонн.
