  На производственной площадке «Лотос» завершены ходовые испытания третьего земснаряда с фрезерным рыхлителем

  Суда строятся для внутренних водных путей РФ по контракту с ГТЛК

  На производственной площадке «Лотос» Южного центра судостроения и судоремонта (ЮЦСС, входит в Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию, ОСК) завершились ходовые испытания самоходного земснаряда с фрезерным рыхлителем проекта 93.159.1 «Лотос-3». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ОСК.

  Испытания проводились в акватории Волги. Проверена работа главного и вспомогательного двигателей, маневренные, ходовые и скоростные характеристики судна, а также систем жизнеобеспечения и навигационного комплекса.

  Контракт на строительство четырех земснарядов с роторными и фрезерными рыхлителями подписан с Государственной транспортной лизинговой компании в 2020 году. Суда строятся для внутренних водных путей Российской Федерации. Головной земснаряд с роторным рыхлителем «Лотос-1» передан в эксплуатацию в 2023 году.

  Земснаряд и его оборудование предназначено для производства дноуглубительных работ. Судно приводятся в движение посредством двух независимых азимутальных пропульсивных агрегатов, устанавливаемых на кормовой части палубы с приводным двигателем в контейнерном исполнении по обоим бортам.

  Земснаряды проекта 93.159.1 удобны для работы с илом, топким грунтом, песком различной зернистости и взвешенности, глиной и гравием.

  Основные характеристики судна: длина корпуса — 50 м; ширина корпуса — 11,9 м; высота борта — 3 м; осадка средняя с полным запасом топлива — 1,3 м; глубина выработки грунта максимальная — 10 м; глубина выработки грунта минимальная — 2 м; производительность — 900 куб. м/час.
