  Сдачу второго парома проекта CNF11CPD для линии Ванино ‒ Холмск планируется перенести на 2026 год

  Подготовлены соответствующие изменения в постановление правительства РФ

  

  Срок сдачи второго парома проекта CNF11CPD «Василий Ощепков» для линии Ванино — Холмск, соединяющей остров Сахалин с материком, планируется перенести на 2026 год. Это следует из проекта изменений в приложение к постановлению правительства России от 26 декабря 2016 года №1487, который опубликован на федеральном портале для размещения проектов нормативно-правовых актов.

  Предельная стоимость судна в проекте изменений указана в 4,94 млрд рублей, в том числе 2,77 млрд рублей — финансирование за счет средств федерального бюджета.

  Напомним, Амурский судостроительный завод (АСЗ, входит в ОСК) в 2016 году получил заказ на строительство двух паромов проекта CNF11CPD для работы на линии Ванино (Хабаровский край) — Холмск (Сахалин). Закладка судов состоялась в июне 2017 года. Рабоче-конструкторская и технологическая документация выполнена КБ «Вымпел» (входит в ОСК). Проект CNF11CPD разработан «Морским инженерным бюро ‒ СПб». Паромы строятся по заказу Государственной транспортной лизинговой компании (ГТЛК).

  Первое судно проекта «Александр Деев» вышло на линию Холмск — Ванино в сентябре 2023 года. Планировалось, что паром «Василий Ощепков» будет сдан в конце 2024 года. Однако затем сообщалось, что срок сдачи может быть перенесен на 2025 год.

  Паром усиленного ледового класса Arc5 проекта CNF11CPD предназначен для перевозки железнодорожных составов российского стандарта с шириной колеи 1520 мм, всех видов автомобилей, включая грузовые автосоставы, различной колесной техники и контейнеров на ролл-трейлерах, рефконтейнеров, с кормовой и бортовой схемой грузообработки для автотранспорта. Способен преодолевать лед толщиной до 1,5 м и работать при температурах до -40 градусов по Цельсию. Длина парома — 131 м, ширина — 22 м, дедвейт судна составляет более 4 тыс. тонн.
