  В Петербурге разработали технологию отливки втулки цилиндра судового двигателя нестандартного размера

  Компьютерная симуляция подтвердила отсутствие дефектов при использовании разработанной технологии

  

  Специалисты СКБ-3 Кингисеппского машиностроительного завода (КМЗ) разработали технологию изготовления отливки втулки цилиндра судового дизеля ДБ6 нестандартного размера, сообщает пресс-служба холдинга.

  «Сложность проектирования литейной технологии отливки данной втулки состояла в ее нестандартно больших габаритах и массе. Как правило, втулки заливаются в специализированных центробежных машинах с горизонтальной осью вращения, но в условиях литейных цехов КМЗ залить втулку такого размера было невозможно из-за отсутствия необходимого оборудования. Поэтому нам пришлось разработать вариант гравитационной заливки в холодно-твердеющие смеси с применением 8 экзотермических прибыльных надставок для удаления из тела отливки дефекта усадки», — рассказала инженер-технолог КМЗ Карина Клочева.

  Компьютерная симуляция литейного процесса в специализированной программе подтвердила отсутствие дефектов при использовании разработанной технологии.

  Втулка цилиндра — одна из самых необходимых частей судового дизельного двигателя. Она значительно влияет на расход ресурса двигателя и изнашивается намного быстрее других его элементов, поэтому отливки должны быть высокого качества.

  ООО «Кингисеппский машиностроительный завод» (КМЗ) — завод-изготовитель дизельного, теплообменного и палубного оборудования, компрессоров высокого давления, осуществляющий все виды ремонта и обслуживания дизельных и газотурбинных двигателей, генераторов и редукторов. Предприятие основано в 2013 году. В соответствии с распоряжением правительства России КМЗ внесен в перечень стратегических предприятий.
